22-Year-Old ‘Lady Don’, Carrying ₹ 25,000 Reward, Arrested By Delhi Police

Delhi Police’s Special Cell official said today that a 22-year-old ‘lady don’, who was also a member of the Deepak Agrola and Karamveer Kaala gang, had been taken into custody from the national capital’s Fatehpur area.

Kaili Tanwar, an Uttar Pradeshi resident from the Ghaziabad district, was named as the accused. She also had a ₹ 25,000 reward on her head.

Specific information was received, according to the police, about one Kaili Tanwar, who was wanted in connection with a murder case at the Loni police station. Tanwar lived in the Mandi village and was expected to be close to the bus stop in Fatehpur, Delhi.

“On the basis of the above said information she was caught and arrested from the Fatehpur area on Monday,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Amit Kaushik.

During interrogation, she disclosed her involvement in the murder case and subsequently was arrested in Kalandra under section 41.1 (ba) Cr.P.C. and produced before the court.

According to the officer, the murder was caused by a long-standing rivalry between two Loni groups.

The accused in this murder case is a member of the Karamveer Kaala and Deepak Agrola gang. The officer stated, “UP Police had announced a reward of 25,000/-for Kaili’s arrest.

“Earlier on May 3, Md. Faijan a.k.a Nanhe, who was also wanted in the same case was also arrested by the team of Special Cell after a brief exchange of fire,” said the DCP.
