On my path, I have won numerous accolades and prizes. The Haryana governor has acknowledged me twice for my hard work on behalf of the physically challenged and disabled, and I was just named a Rising Star of Bharat. In addition, World of Records has given me a certificate of recognition for my dedicated service to society during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She also released Reflection in the Mirror: One Person, Many Personas on Amazon in paperback and Kindle formats. This was my first solo author book.
My internal wheel The journey started ten years ago when the individual joined IWC Gurgaon South City in 2013-14 and took on the role of executive member in less than a month. Throughout her term, she received 13 trophies, two running trophies, six citation certificates, and the titles of Best Treasurer, Most Well-Kept and Updated Records Secretary, and Best President. “Mannan” Officers Incoming Institute was held from 2016 to 2017. 18 new members, a record for the club, issued the first newsletter in Gurgaon South City history, “Pratibhimb.”
As the co-chair of the Environment Committee, I oversaw the inter-district project that supplied lakhs of supplies for flood relief in Bihar. On IIW Day, 600 saplings were distributed. During her presidency, she was involved in the construction of a compost pit at Palna, Civil Lines, Delhi.
Working for the Joint Inter District Rally “Asmita – The Empowered, signature project of District Chairman 2018–19” in her capacity as Committee Co-Chairperson “Women Empowerment & Evolve” For the District Joint Project “Mai Tera Sahaara Hun” Fund Raiser Musical Evening for Senior Citizen Homes 2018–19, which was sponsored by several Inner Wheel District 301 Clubs, she served as the only coordinator.
Aaking an active role in the Inner Wheel Awareness Rally with Rotary to defeat measles and rubella. participated as a voting delegate at the International Inner Wheel Convention in Melbourne in April 2018. Participated in all District events, Inter Cities, and Association President Installations. attended the Varanasi and Pune triennial conferences.
From 2019 to 2020, she worked as the District’s District Editor. During her tenure, District 301 launched its first E-Bulletin website, https://innerwheelwebmagzineedist301.com, marking a significant advancement towards digitalization. “Abhyudaya,” the district souvenir, was released in the district assembly. FB Page Chronicles was started in order to retrieve old PDC photos.
District ISO 2020–21 began the E-Pin (denoting Signature Project), went digital for club ISOs, and attended inter-district meets. released the board game “Srishti” and the signature project book “Pehchaan” of the Clubs to raise awareness of environmental issues. District ISO Meet “Maitri” & “Pehchaan” was organised.
In my capacity as District Treasurer for 2021–2022, I oversaw the creation of PAN cards for clubs and published the bilingual manual “Money Matters” to facilitate the work of club treasurers.
All District Joint initiatives were collected by District Secretary 2022–2023 into a booklet titled “Spreading Smiles & Two Virtual and One Physical Secretary Meet.” Sent a bid to the Association to host the 17th Triennial Conference in 2025. District 301 will be honoured to host this enormous event for the first time in 38 years.
In her capacity as District Vice Chairman, she encourage Inner Wheel sisters to put in their best effort by floating an exam for Club Vice Presidents to learn more about Inner Wheel. She is a fervent, passionate, and committed team player. Her life philosophy is to “aspire to inspire before you expire”!
