On Saturday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal unleashed a withering assault on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that the incumbent party will not win more than 230 seats in the current Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking at the Aam Aadmi Party’s headquarters in Delhi a day after being released on temporary bail, Mr Kejriwal also stated that the opposition INDIA alliance will win the elections and that the AAP will form the next government at the Centre.

“In the last 20 hours after release from jail, I talked to poll experts and people, and got to know the BJP is not going to form the government,” he stated.

Arvind Kejriwal stated that the BJP’s Lok Sabha seats will decline in Haryana, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Delhi, Bihar, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh. “Their seats won’t increase in any state,” he stated.

“My analysis, as well as that of political analysts, is that the BJP will not win more than 220-230 seats.” “The Modi government will not be formed on June 4,” Mr Kejriwal asserted.

He also promised Delhi complete statehood whenever the INDIA bloc administration is established.

Responding to Mr Kejriwal’s statements, BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi stated, “When the AAP leader gives so many seats to his party despite his hatred for it, it means the ruling alliance can get around double the tally predicted by him.”
