Pakistani drone shot down close to the international border

Another Pakistani drone was shot down by the Border Security Force (BSF) in Amritsar, Punjab, not far from the International Border. Following a search operation that was started on the outskirts of Shaidpur Kalan village in Amritsar, the BSF personnel were able to find the drone on Monday morning.
The drone was discovered by the BSF in the middle of the search process close to the gurudwara in the village of Shaidpur Kalan. The 3,323 mile India-Pakistan border is guarded by the BSF, which identified the recovered drone as a “Quadcopter of model DJI Matrice 300 RTK series.”


In a combined search operation with the Punjab Police on the outskirts of Rajoke village in the Tarn-Taran district of Punjab on Sunday, the BSF personnel also discovered a drone at around 6 o’clock in the evening.
The drone was found in a farming field close to Rajoke village, entirely damaged, with a string attached to transport the payload. According to a formal declaration, the drone that was found also belonged to the DJI Matrice 300 RTK line of quadcopters.
