Dr. Atul Kumar
Dr. Atul Kumar is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with over 16 years of experience in higher education. Serving as the Dean, Professor, and Head of Research, Accreditation, and Quality Assurance at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School in Pune, he also holds the position of Director (Additional Charge) at Unitech B-School, Pune, and is a Visiting Professor at Boston International College in Chitwan, Nepal. Dr. Kumar’s academic credentials are robust, including a Ph.D., L.L.M., L.L.B., PGDIB, M.Phil., M.B.A., and B.Sc., complemented by a specialised Faculty Development Programme in Teaching Pedagogy and Research Methods from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
He has guided numerous Ph.D. candidates to successful completion and is currently mentoring several more across various reputed institutions. An accomplished researcher, Dr. Kumar has an impressive portfolio of over 77 research papers published in esteemed national and international journals, many of which are indexed in peer-reviewed, UGC-listed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. His research has earned him significant recognition, including more than 1500 citations on platforms like Scopus and Google Scholar. Dr. Kumar’s contributions to the field extend to his role as an editorial board member and reviewer for several academic journals, as well as his involvement in editing over 50 journal issues.
