Today is not just a day to celebrate motherhood, but to acknowledge the unwavering strength, patience, and endless love that mothers give so selflessly.

A mother is the first teacher, the first friend, and often the silent force behind our every achievement. Her sacrifices often go unspoken, yet her presence remains constant in every phase of our lives. From nurturing us as children to supporting us in our adulthood, a mother’s role cannot be defined in words—it is felt deeply in the soul.

In my years of public service, I have come across countless working mothers who balance professional responsibilities with grace and commitment at home. They are living examples of dedication, resilience, and boundless energy. Their contributions, both at home and in the workplace, deserve not only appreciation but deep respect.

Let us use this day not just to express our gratitude, but to truly value and honor the role of mothers in shaping our lives and society. Whether it is our own mother, a grandmother, a teacher, or a mother figure—let us celebrate them with love, care, and heartfelt acknowledgment.
