Actress Arti Singh married businessman Dipak Chauhan in Mumbai on Thursday night. Arti Singh and Dipak Chauhan went out for a photo opportunity after the wedding yesterday night. The couple also gave sweets to the paparazzi stationed at the event. Krushna Abhishek, Arti’s brother and comedian, and his wife, Kashmera Shah, wore matching white clothes to the event. Govinda also went to his niece Arti Singh’s wedding last night. Other attendees at the wedding included Kapil Sharma, Archana Puran Singh, Bipasha Basu and her husband Karan Singh Grover, Mahira Sharma, and Yuvika Chaudhary.
Arti Singh revealed that her marriage is a “purely arranged marriage.” She stated, “It is completely a planned marriage. There was certainly a time of wooing during which we wanted to get to know each other better and determine our compatibility. We first spoke on July 23 of last year and met following his birthday (August 5). As the relationship grew, I chose to commit in November. However, we did not proceed until both of our families approved of our union. On January 1, Dipak proposed marriage to me with a ring at my guruji’s temple in Delhi, and I accepted. “I consider that moment my engagement,” she added.
