Neha Sharma, a Bollywood actor, recently participated in a roadshow in Bihar, which has taken the internet by storm. Ms Sharma, known for her appearances in films such as Crook and Tum Bin 2, was seen supporting her father, Ajit Sharma, who is running for the Bhagalpur Lok Sabha constituency on a Congress ticket.
The performance came amid speculation that the actor may enter politics. However, it is now evident that she was only lobbying for her father.
During her tour, the actor was greeted enthusiastically by large crowds in Pirpainti and Kahalgaon. “They believe that once someone offers you a space in their heart, you stay there forever. Phase 2 of the Bhagalpur Lok Sabha election is scheduled for April 26. Ajit Sharma, representing the Congress, will face Ajay Kumar Mandal, representing the JDU, in this seat.
